Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) includes 👇

The job requires the study of the behavior of children and to create plans to improve or decrease problematic behaviors. Our BCBA’s provide supervision to the paraprofessionals working with the children, conduct assessments, provide parent training, design behavior plans and interventions based on data analysis and testing. The primary function of the Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges.
